Recipe-Holy Guacamole

Okay, so we decided to try something new last night.  Instead of buying the packs of guacamole from the store, my sister and I made our own.  And it was really good!  So I thought I would share the recipe with you guys.  :)

Holy Guacamole

Ingredients
2 ripe avocados
1/2 clove of garlic, minced
1/2 small onion, chopped finely
1/2 tomato, chopped
A tablespoon of lime juice
1 lime, chopped (optional)

Preparation
First, peel the avocados and remove the pit.  Pour the avocados into a medium sized bowl and mash until creamy.  Chop the onions and tomatoes, and mince the garlic.  Pour them into the mixture and stir.  Add a tablespoon or so of lime juice.  If desired, cut up a lime and add it to the guacamole.  Enjoy!

If there are leftovers, remember to refrigerate with a cover of aluminum foil or plastic wrap...guacamole can go bad fast otherwise!

P.S. Sorry there's no picture...we ate it all before we could take a picture, lol.
